And now the end is near

자.. 이제 마지막이 가까워졌군

and So I face the final curtain

Regrets, I've had a few
후회?~~~ 몇번해봤지.

 

But then again, too few to mention

I did what I had to do
난 내가 해야하는것을 했고

 

And saw it through without exception
한치의 예외없이 난 끝까지 해냈지

 

 

I planned each charted course

하지만 그보다

난 내 방식대로 더 많은걸 하며 살았다는거야

Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew
그래… 너도 잘 알겠지만

 

When I bit off more than I could chew
지나치게 과욕을 부린 적도 있었어

 

But through it all when there was doubt
하지만 이 모든걸 겪으면서 의심이 생길때는

 

I ate it up and spit it out
전적으로 믿거나 딱 짤라 말했었지

 

I faced it all and I stood tall
난 모든 것을 정면으로 맞서면서 언제나 당당했고

 

And did it my way
그리고 내 방식대로 행동했다네

 

I've loved, I've laughed and cried
사랑도 해봤고.. 웃고 울어도 봤지

 

I've had my fails, my share of losing
가질만큼 가져봤고 잃을 만큼 잃어도 봤다네

 

And now as tears subside
그리고 눈물을 거둔 지금 생각해 보면

 

I find it all so amusing
내가 했던 그 모든걸 돌이켜보면

 

To think I did all that

다 즐거운 일들이었던가야.

가진것이 뭐가 있는가?

자신이 없다면 벌거벗은것과 마찬가지인 것을

 

to say the things she truly feels
자신이 진정으로 느끼는것들을 말하는 것은

 

and not the words of one who kneels
비겁한 사람들이 하는 말이 아니네…

 

the record shows I took the blows
내 기록이 말해주듯이 난 정면으로 맞섰다네

 

And did it my way
그리고 난 내 방식대로 해결했어

  

Yes, it was my way

그래 그게 나만의 방식이었다네~
